How does payment work?
In-stock items can be paid for on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch (cash on delivery). You only pay once you've inspected the item in person.
Made-to-order items require full prepayment, since each piece is ordered individually for you.
How quickly are orders shipped?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Made-to-order items take 7–21 days to deliver.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across Ukraine. International delivery is also available — please ask our manager about terms.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes — only in-stock items are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, provided the original look, tags and packaging are intact.
Made-to-order items can't be returned, except in cases of defects or our error.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your order online.
