TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and the placing of orders in the store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Seller sells goods remotely.
1.2. Placing an order on the website constitutes the Buyer’s full acceptance of the Public Offer, the Returns Policy and this Agreement.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice.
2. Categories of Goods
The store offers:
In-stock goods
Goods held in a warehouse in Ukraine and ready for dispatch.
Goods ordered on request
Goods ordered individually for the Buyer.
The Buyer confirms that they understand the difference between the categories.
3. Goods Ordered on Request
3.1. Goods ordered on request have individually determined characteristics.
3.2. Such goods may not be returned, nor may their orders be cancelled after order confirmation.
3.3. Payment for goods ordered on request confirms the irrevocable nature of the transaction.
4. Placing an Order
4.1. The Buyer must provide accurate contact details.
4.2. The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order if fraud or inaccurate information is suspected.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery times depend on the category of goods:
— in-stock goods: up to 2 business days
— goods ordered on request: approximately 7–21 days
5.2. Times may change depending on the operation of logistics services.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Goods ordered on request are non-returnable.
7. Liability
7.1. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer’s improper use of goods.
8. Force Majeure
The Parties are released from liability in the event of war, natural disasters, logistics disruptions, border closures and other force majeure circumstances.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
9.2. The Seller may refuse service without giving a reason.
