Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy governs the terms and timing of handing goods over to the Buyer.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their full agreement to this Policy.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Goods are delivered within Ukraine through delivery services.
1.2. The Seller does not physically deliver goods itself, but hands them over to a carrier.
1.3. Once the goods are handed over to the delivery service, responsibility for the safety of the shipment passes to the carrier.
2. Categories of Goods
The store has two categories of goods:
In-stock goods
Goods held in a warehouse in Ukraine.
Goods ordered on request
Goods delivered individually for a particular Buyer.
3. Delivery Times
In-stock goods
Goods are dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Goods ordered on request
The estimated delivery time is 7–21 calendar days and depends on how quickly the supplier dispatches the goods, customs clearance and the operation of logistics companies.
Times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Costs
4.1. The Buyer pays the delivery cost in accordance with the selected delivery service’s rates.
4.2. The Seller may provide an estimated delivery cost, which is not final.
5. Receiving the Goods
5.1. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier’s representative.
5.2. If damage is found, a report must be drawn up with the carrier.
5.3. Signing the waybill confirms that the goods are in proper condition.
6. Delivery Delays
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by:
— the carrier’s operations
— customs procedures
— force majeure circumstances
— martial law
— logistics disruptions
7. Incorrect Information
If the Buyer provides an incorrect address or contact information, the Seller is not liable for non-delivery.
8. Refusal to Accept Delivery
If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods, the Buyer bears all delivery and return costs.
