Data, purposes and legal grounds

To process and fulfil orders, we use your name, telephone number, email if provided, delivery address or branch, order contents and amount, payment information and messages. The legal grounds are entering into and performing the contract and legal obligations, including record keeping.

We send newsletters with consent. Essential cookies support the cart, language and privacy preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used in line with your choices and applicable law. You can change your choice in cookie settings where available.

Recipients

Shopify hosts the store and Chekly handles checkout. Nova Poshta and your chosen payment provider may receive the data needed for their respective services. Analytics and mailing services may receive data where there is a legal basis. Public authorities receive data where required by law. International transfers are subject to the conditions established under Ukrainian law.

Retention

We retain order records to fulfil contracts, respond to claims and meet mandatory record-keeping periods. Mailing data is held until consent is withdrawn unless another legal basis applies. We retain data for the period needed to fulfil the order and meet legal requirements. Analytics and cookie data are retained according to the visitor’s consent settings. At the end of the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymised.

You may ask about data sources, purposes and recipients, access your data, submit a reasoned objection, request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of unlawfully processed data, withdraw consent, or complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
