If an item does not fit

You may request an exchange of an eligible non-food item of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the purchase date. Distance purchases also carry a right of withdrawal within the time and conditions set by law. Statutory exceptions apply to certain categories.

Keep the item unused, with its original appearance, properties, seals and labels intact. Retain its packaging and proof of purchase. If a matching exchange item is unavailable, you can choose a different item with a price adjustment or request a refund.
